Clinical Internship Trainee Program

Starting your journey as a therapist begins with feeling supported.
We are offering a paid, community-based clinical internship for aspiring professionals in Social Work and Counseling.
Why We Train Emerging Clinicians
At MindBalance Mental Health Care, we believe the path to becoming a grounded and compassionate therapist begins with feeling supported, guided, and connected.
Our Clinical Trainee Program exists because we are committed to building a mental health workforce rooted in anti-oppressive practices, social justice, and community care.
We want our interns to grow in a space where they feel seen, valued, and encouraged while also learning to serve communities who often face barriers in accessing mental health care.
What Makes Our Program Different
Community-Rooted Training
Interns learn to provide therapy that centers individuals' lived experience, identity, culture, family, and environment.
Anti-oppressive, Inclusive Approach
