The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT) requires a minimum of 45 documented CEU hours of clinical supervison training to apply as a Board-approved clinical supervisor for LPC/LPCC associates. Candidates with fewer than 45 hours are still encouraged to apply - MindBalance will cover the cost of any remaining hours needed through your professional development funds, and completion is expected within the first 30 days of hire.
