Hi, I’m Manal! I’m really glad you’re here.

I am passionate about fostering deep connections through open and genuine conversation that is grounded in respect, empathy, and curiosity. I wish to learn about your life through your own lens by creating a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to support you on your journey.

My Story

As a first-generation Pakistani-American Muslim woman, I am intimately aware of the complexities of holding and honoring multiple identities, especially in spaces that haven’t historically reflected our stories or values. For many people, emotional patterns passed down through generations show up in quiet, yet powerful ways. Part of my passion lies in supporting those who are not only navigating their own challenges, but also carrying the weight of generational stories and cultural expectations.

In my communities, conversations about mental health are often avoided, which can leave people feeling isolated, ashamed, and stigmatized. I am deeply passionate about expanding access to all who are searching for a space to process and gain strength from their story.

In my free time I like to watch cake decorating videos, listen to new music, watch and play sports, and spend time with my friends and family. Some of my favorite things in life are good food, good company, good conversation, and good humor.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard and understood. My approach is all about meeting you where you are at, and working together to find what feels right for you. Our conversations will be guided by what matters most to you, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable. Through our work, I will help you draw connections, answer important questions, and make the breakthroughs that you are hoping for. I want to empower you to live out your values and make changes that are meaningful to you.

Our Work Together

I work with adults facing a range of concerns, including self-doubt, belongingness, stress-management, identity exploration, existential questions, balancing multiple identities, and much more. Many of my clients cope with humor, intellectualize their feelings, and have trouble feeling inner peace.

Through our work together, we will explore your mind, heart, and soul. You can expect to gain practical tools to help improve your relationships, feel more in control of your decisions, and help you find peace. I am here to listen to your story, and help you find the clarity and confidence to face all of life’s challenges.

Reaching out to a therapist can feel like a big step, and I’m here to make the process as comfortable as possible. If you are ready to start, I would love to hear from you.
