My Story
I have a passion for working with immigrants and first-generation individuals. As an immigrant myself, I understand the unique challenges of adapting to a new culture and the importance of maintaining and changing traditions. I use a client-centered approach that is tailored to your individual needs. I work collaboratively with you to identify and address the underlying issues that are contributing to your challenges. Through our work together, you can expect to gain greater self-awareness, develop coping skills, and create positive change in your life.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. I always try to seek out new and creative hobbies, most recently I've been creating pottery.
My Approach to Therapy
Relational approached, psychodynamic training, integrate CBT and DBT approaches
