Pre-licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are not just therapists; we are catalysts for change.

Founded by two mental health therapists, our mission is clear: empower individuals and create opportunities for wholeness through anti-oppressive holistic practices.

Your Schedule and Your Space

Commit to a minimum of 10 clinical hours weekly, with the flexibility to increase to a maximum of 30 clinical hours per week based on your preferences. This W2 part-time role has the potential to grow into a full-time position depending on your interest, availability, and client demand.

As part of the role, you will need to:

  • Be available for at least 5 hours per week of in-person sessions at our South Minneapolis office

    • Scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and/or Saturdays

  • Offer sessions on at least two days per week between 3:00pm - 6:00pm CST.

    • Of these two days one must be in-person (on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and/or Saturday) and one may be virtual

We will work with you to create a hybrid schedule that fits your availability while also aligning with the needs and requests of potential therapy participants.

As a W2 employee, we take care of payroll taxes, credentialing, billing, and general administrative work for you—allowing you to focus on your therapy work with participants. You’ll still have autonomy in shaping your schedule and balancing remote and in-person work, with flexibility designed to support your well-being and professional growth.

We welcome ALL individuals, and encourage those who identify as part of diverse communities, including Black, Indigenous, People of Color, LGBTQIA+2S, adoptees, and first/second-generation immigrants to apply.
