Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Minnesota
Your Schedule, Your Space:
Commit to a minimum of 10 clinical hours weekly, with the flexibility to increase to a maximum of 30 clinical hours per week based on your preferences. This W2 part-time role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position, depending on your interest, availability, and service demand. As a W2 employee we will take care of payroll taxes, credentialing, billing and general administrative work for you. You have the autonomy to decide when and where you work—whether remotely or in-person. Emphasizing work-life balance, we prioritize flexibility.
Compensation:
Salary is $70 per clinical hour for intake and $60 per clinical hour for return appointments. Administrative time (non-clinical) is also compensated at $15.57 per hour. Bilingual therapists receive $1 per clinical hour compensation.
Paid Time Off Benefit:
You will earn both Paid Time Off (PTO) and Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) based on the hours you work. PTO and ESST are accrued proportionally to your hours worked.
Qualifications:

A minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited school.

Active unrestricted mental health license in the state of MN (LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT).

Expertise and/or passion in working with trauma survivors (PTSD/CPTSD), individuals with eating disorders, body image issues, OCD, and diverse neurodivergent experiences.

Skilled in delivering both individual and group sessions.

Demonstrates cultural humility alongside strong technological skills.

Established capability to work effectively without constant oversight.
