Service Description

This 6-week support group offers a safe, inclusive space to explore these challenges and learn practical skills for building, maintaining, and ending relationships. Participants will engage in discussions, role-playing, and peer support, gaining tools for effective communication, conflict resolution, and creating meaningful connections.


Cancellation Policy

The group is pre-paid, and there are no refunds for missed sessions. The only time a refund will be issued is if the group is canceled by MindBalance Mental Health Care, and if you cancel at least 72 hours before the group start date.
