Paperless Practice

I operate a paperless practice and utilize several different HIPAA compliant technology platforms in my  work and this includes a patient portal (e.g. paperwork, billing, scheduling) and a secure communication app (replaces email/text).


Self-pay/Private pay fees:

$185 Psychiatric Diagnostic Assessment (60 minutes)

$150 Psychotherapy, 45 min (38-52 minutes)


Credit/debit/HSA cards are accepted payment type.


Good Faith Estimates (GFE) are part of federal regulations that went into effect January 1, 2022 as part of the No Surprises Act aimed at protecting consumers from surprise medical bills for services/items provided by out-of-network providers/facilities by ensuring they are made aware of the estimated costs associated with seeing an out-of-network provider. A notification of the GFE along with GFEs will be to provided to any person who is self-pay for the following reasons: uninsured/out-of-network/chooses not to use insurance benefits.  This will also be discussed with you at your initial consultation appointment, and before any services are scheduled.

You are financially responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance which is based on both your plan coverage and my contracted rate with BCBS MN


Please verify your benefits with your insurance and that I am in-network for your plan.


I am out-of-network for all other insurance. You are financially responsible for the full amount of the self-pay fees. A monthly superbill can be provided to you as needed to submit to your insurance. Please verify your out-of-network benefits with your insurance. 

In-Person appts

All in-person appointments will follow the current recommended local, state, and federal guidelines regarding COVID safety precautions.

A separate consent form will be sent to you prior to any in-person appointment that outlines the expectations/risks to in-person appointments, along with a COVID screening survey. 

If you are feeling unwell for any reason, you will need to either cancel or reschedule any in-person appointment.
