Hello! Welcome to the initial post of my practice's new blog focused on sharing information related to mental health care and healing as an Asian American therapist/licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health.
My intention is to highlight diverse and inclusive mental health care information, resources, and voices that are specific to my practice areas of care. This will also be a space where practice news and updates will also be provided. My goal is to post something new at least once a month.

I'm excited to share information related to mental health care and healing as an Asian American therapist/licensed clinical social worker. At the same time, I'm nervous to use this platform because it is new to me, and I notice worry, fear, and judgement appear because this space is unfamiliar to me.
I am trying to observe the fear and judgement that manifests itself as imposter syndrome with curiosity and compassion as I cautiously wade into this unchartered landscape for me.
How would you like to approach something that is new to you? Curiosity? Compassion? Judgement? Critical?
