We are here for YOU.

Communities We Partner With

Our focus is on empowering and supporting underrepresented and underserved groups in mental health spaces in Minneapolis and greater Minnesota.

We are dedicated to offering anti-oppressive, holistic, and culturally responsive care that respects and addresses the intersecting identities, lived experiences, and historical traumas of the community members we partner with in our work together.

Emerging & Established Adults

Adulthood isn’t one-size-fits-all. From managing first jobs or career shifts to navigating relationships, parenting, or exploring identity, we’re here to support adults navigating life’s complexities. We work with adults (ages 18-55) in Minneapolis and throughout Minnesota who are balancing personal growth, cultural identity, and the emotional labor of everyday life. Whether you’re facing burnout, grief, self-doubt, or relationship challenges, we’ll meet you with care and respect.

Racially & Gender-Diverse Communities

We offer affirming therapy that centers the lived experiences of Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals. Our approach is rooted in racial and queer liberation, anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices, and deep respect for your lived experience. We recognize how systemic oppression, cultural identity, and history impact mental health, and we strive to create a space where your full self is welcomed, supported, and honored.

Post-secondary students

We specialize in supporting individuals enrolled in post-secondary education—including vocational programs, 2-year and 4-year college programs, graduate school, and professional school—across Minnesota, including Minneapolis and the Twin Cities metro area. Our team understands the unique challenges that come with navigating school, work, identity development, relationships, and the systemic barriers that can show up in educational spaces. Whether you’re managing imposter syndrome, academic pressure, family expectations, or transitions during or after school, we’re here to support your growth, resilience, and mental well-being.

Immigrant Communities

We provide therapy that honors the complex experiences of immigrants and their families—including cultural transition, language barriers, intergenerational conflict, and the search for belonging. Based in Minneapolis and serving clients across Minnesota, we work with immigrants navigating the intersections of identity, family expectations, and systemic barriers. Our therapists offer inclusive care that acknowledges and affirms your cultural values, lived experiences, and strengths.

Adoptee, Foster, & Kinship Care Communities

We offer identity-affirming services for individuals with lived experiences of domestic, international, or transracial adoption—as well as those who have experienced or are currently in foster care, kinship care, or guardianship. Based in Minneapolis and serving clients across Minnesota, our approach centers your experience, not that of adoptive or foster families. We understand that adoption and out-of-home care can carry layers of grief, loss, identity complexity, and systemic injustice. Our team is here to support you through those complexities with care, validation, and respect. Whether you're navigating attachment wounds, questions about belonging, or the long-term impact of early transitions, we strive to create a space where your story is honored and your healing is prioritized.

Land Acknowledgement

We respectfully acknowledge that our business is located on the traditional, ancestral, and contemporary lands of the Očhéthi Šakówiŋ people, particularly the Wahpekute Band. We honor their enduring relationship with the land and pay our respects to their elders, past and present. We recognize that this land acknowledgment is just a first step in addressing the history of colonization and its lasting impacts on Indigenous communities. As part of our commitment, we will be donating 1% of any profits from the previous year to the Native Governance Center, an organization dedicated to strengthening Native leadership and supporting Native self-governance. This donation will be made by May 1st each year. We strive to support Indigenous sovereignty, equity, and community efforts in meaningful ways.
