ABOUT
ME

Seeking to empower individuals in their exploration, growth, and healing.

As a clinical social worker, I have worked in mental health as a therapist for over 15 years of both in Los Angeles and Minneapolis. I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health agencies, county mental health departments, foster family agencies, and college health.

In my downtime I love traveling, exploring, spending time with friends/family, bike commuting, time with my dog, reading, and trying to do random DIY projects that often sit left half finished.
