As a clinical social worker, I have worked in mental health as a therapist for over 15 years of both in Los Angeles and Minneapolis. I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health agencies, county mental health departments, criminal justice system, child welfare, and college health. Prior to my work as a clinical social worker, I worked for several years on the production side in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles working in television, film, and theater.

In my downtime I love traveling, exploring, spending time with friends/family, time with my dog, reading, watching Kdramas, learning new things, and staying active and outdoors (weather permitting in MN-haha).
