Minneapolis

In-person appointments

Welcome to our South Minneapolis office!

We are located in the heart of South Minneapolis in Wellness Paradigm building.

We're easy to find, with bus lines nearby and a bike rack out front. For drivers, we have free parking in the back—just grab any open spot.

What to expect for in-person appointments.

When you arrive for your in-person appointment, plan to come about 5 minutes before your appointment. Since we don't have a front desk person, simply ring the doorbell, and we'll let you in.  Our space is fully accessible, with no stairs and an all-gender restroom available.

Telehealth

Minnesota and California

We offer telehealth appointments for folks living in Minnesota, and California with certain providers.

We respectfully acknowledge that our business is located on the traditional, ancestral, and contemporary lands of the Očhéthi Šakówiŋ people, particularly the Wahpekute Band. We honor their enduring relationship with the land and pay our respects to their elders, past and present. We recognize that this land acknowledgment is just a first step in addressing the history of colonization and its lasting impacts on Indigenous communities. As part of our commitment, we will be donating 1% of any profits from the previous year to the Native Governance Center, an organization dedicated to strengthening Native leadership and supporting Native self-governance. This donation will be made by February 1st each year. We strive to support Indigenous sovereignty, equity, and community efforts in meaningful ways.
