Therapy Approaches

Whether there is processing needed for the past, or the present, I want to provide a space where you feel comfortable and safe to be a human, with all of your emotions and experiences.

My Story

My approach is rooted in a holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based perspective. I believe in empowering individuals at all stages of life, and I welcome clients from diverse identities and backgrounds. Creating a safe and inclusive space for healing is a priority for me, as I strongly believe it enhances the overall quality of life.I’m available to provide therapy for Spanish-speaking and bilingual individuals.
