My Story

In 2024, I decided to switch careers from a project coordinator in Information Technology to a mental health therapist. So right now, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling, Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy while supporting MindBalance Mental Health Clinic staff in their work and participants in their mental health journey.

Outside of the MindBalance Mental Health Clinic, I am a movement coach at a Minneapolis-based queer-owned gym, along with the Founder and Board Chair of a local nonprofit called Authentically Fat. I share my life with my spouse and two Great Danes. I enjoy being in nature, reading fiction, and eating delicious food.
